We offer a confidential and supportive service. Our aim is to listen and offer support and help at the moment of crisis or concern in a non clinical environment. We deal with a large number of cases and a broad spectrum of issues.
We operate seven days a week, come and support us or see our charity shop you never know what you might find.
All donations are greatly appreciated - come and drop in to meet the team or telephone/ e-mail for an appointment.
