Psychotherapy

Chris is an amazing psychotherapist, she is also a career coach with bundles of energy and enthusiasm for life and knowledge.  At present she splits her time between her young family and her career.

Psychotherapy works on exploration of your thoughts, feelings and behaviour for the purpose of problem solving or achieving higher levels of functioning.  Chris aims to increase any person's individual sense of wellbeing.

Psychotherapy can only work if a trusting relationship can be built up between the client and the psychotherapist; treatment can continue for a short period or over a long period.  Psychotherapy may be practiced on a one-to-one basis, in pairs, and even in groups.  Generally sessions occur about once a week and last around one hour.
